An over 50-year-old folding carton manufacturing business known for our industry-leading speed-to-market, quality and attention to detail. Most notably, our recent acquisitions – a cutting-edge high-speed gluing machine and advanced die-cutting technology – demonstrate our dedication to staying at the forefront of the industry. These state-of-the-art machines allow us to efficiently produce all carton styles, including complex 4 and 6 corner glued designs, and enable full in-line stripping and blanking with unrivalled precision. Supported by our flexible glue-line formats, onsite sheet-to-order capabilities, and innovative shed-fed litho printing with multiple coating options, these investments ensure that we continually elevate our service, quality, and expertise for our customers.

While our manufacturing plant is based in Cornubia Industrial Park, we have sales offices in three major hubs: Johannesburg, Durban and Cape Town. This national sales and international distribution footprint allows us to service customers across South Africa.

Meet the team

Sean Mainstone

Heading up Triumph Packaging, Sean has been in the Packaging industry for over 20 years and has held various sales and commercial roles at Nampak Flexible and Amcor. Before joining the Triumph Packaging team as Managing Director in 2017, Sean was the National Sales Director of Amcor Flexible South Africa.

Steven Young

Being based at Cornubia Industrial Park, Steven’s role includes oversight of all Packaging Operations and Manufacturing Processes onsite. With 30 years of experience in the packaging industry, Steven’s superb technical knowledge has seen him rise through the ranks since starting his career at Kohler Carton and Print. His key skills include Lithographic Print, various Raw Material Conversion Processes in multiple Food Grade Plants, and more.
